Knowledge of and ability to implement strategies to address the needs of diverse learners; Knowledge of Physical Education standards and curriculum; Willingness to work with special education students; Knowledge of and ability to implement positive, effective classroom management strategies; Experience utilizing formative assessments to inform instructional decision-making; Ability to implement behavioral and positive effective classroom management strategies and effectively managing student behavior. Capacity to utilize technology to enhance practice; Willingness to work with special education students in an inclusion classroom, as well as ENL students; Prefer New York State Certification Physical Education
