JOB GOAL: To assist in the preparation and serving of food, and in the cleaning of kitchen equipment.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must have some experience in food service;
2. Must have the ability to read and write English;
3. Must have satisfactory equivalent combination of training and experience;
4. Must have elementary knowledge of the proper method of serving food and the care of tableware, glassware, silver and kitchen appliances;
5. Must have practical working knowledge of modern cleaning methods and use of cleaning supplies and appliances;
6. Must have ability to follow simple oral and written directions from the School Lunch Manager and/or Cook;
7. Must have physical strength and stamina;
8. Must be in good physical condition.
